Lazy contractors that gives you attitude when you ask them to do some work. These guys may be fine if you constantly supervise them, but I recently had some work done where my wife and I couldn t live at home. They decided to randomly replace lightbulbs that I didn t ask them to replace, losing an expensive Philips Wifi bulb in the process. I gave specifications about installing a hanging light and they didn t install it the right height even though they easily could have using the rods that came with the hanging light. They also gave me plenty of attitude when I asked them to fix a few very skewed outlets. If you don t have the time to constantly supervise, try someone else.
