Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport is a small but well organized airport. Free duty stores are small and from what I've seen the prices are quite high. At the gates on the left from 17 to 24 there was only one restaurant and when I arrived it was closed. Regarding the prose for recharging the phone, there is only one station with 7 sockets and 7 USB that handles quite quickly, so if you are traveling, I recommend that you have a triple plug with you.
