I recently tried out Diatech uk and overall it was an okay experience. The website was easy to navigate and find the products I was looking for. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking as it took a while for my inquiries to be answered. The product I ordered arrived on time and was of decent quality. Overall, I would say it was an average experience with room for improvement.
