So, the response time was great and the turnover was quick. We had a 15 oz mug printed with my boyfriend s picture for his mom. But unfortunately the print job wasn t so good. The picture was not aligned correctly. It was crooked. And it s obvious against the cups rim. It s not the biggest deal but it gets annoying very quickly when you notice it.
