Outkast Tattoo CO is the best place to get a tattoo! The artists are incredibly talented and their attention to detail is unmatched. The studio has a great vibe and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. I am so happy with my tattoo and I can't wait to get another one from them. Highly recommend! 😊
