Key card readers at elevators and door do not work...

Key card readers at elevators and door do not work properly; had to re-key just to get in my room. We paid extra to get our car valeted for 2 nights - none of the valets or the lady they called from the restaurant, or the clerks at the desk FOR 2 DAYS knew how to drive his manual transmission GT, so it sat in the front of the hotel. In fact, the lady they got from the hotel restaurant got it to move forward a few feet, but could not figure out how to put it into reverse. Ridiculous. Still charged full valet price. SMH.
