The service they provided was horrible!

I went to an appointment with Nickki Carew. She took all my information, said would get back to me by Monday and she disappeared for a week! I called the office on Wednesday, left msg with front desk. I called her cell on Thursday, left message. I emailed her on Friday. I just want to know what s going on. You can t just take people s personal information and disappear. That s very creepy. Finally on next Monday she got back to me said that I need to put down more down payment to get approved. I agreed on the phone right away. She said will call me back after she prepare all the files. And this time she literally never call me back.

Luckily another broker helped me to get it done. I have lived in my new house for months now and still never heard back from her.

It s ok if you don t have time to work on my mortgage or you couldn t get it approved or you don t like me or whatever. Can you just tell me so I don t waste time?!
