This company is consistently rude and does not pro...

This company is consistently rude and does not provide any good customer service at all...I asked the other day your recorder was that your calls are monitored to better the quality of customer service, why are you guys consistently rude all the time and per usual the rep started yelling acting belligerent...and stated that s my opinion...I am like I am the customer...somebody needs to blow up this entire management staff and training...it s like ignorant ghetto people who do not possess a high school diploma act crazy on the phone...

I just want someone who had common since to answer the phone...doesn t matter what my issue is or what s going on...I would never ever get a loan from them I don t care how desperate you are
