I visited the ttpost office mail collection area, I rang the bell and no one came to assist me although I could hear and see the staff liming and old talking. I stood there for about five minutes before a very nice lady named "Pam", who had just arrived or returned to the office, came to my assistance. Shame on everyone else who were doing their own thing on tax payers time!!!
