I had a mixed experience with Global design arena. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them several days to respond to my queries and even then, the answers provided were not very helpful. I was expecting a better level of professionalism from such a renowned company. Overall, my experience was average.
