The customer service at 2 Nd Street Encore is hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is friendly and attentive, other times they seem disinterested. The store has a decent selection, but I've noticed some items are overpriced. It's an okay place to shop if you're in the area, but not worth going out of your way for.
