DON'T DON'T DON'T use quicken loan. Been trying to use them to refinance a loan and these people are scammers. The fact that a payment was doubled in one month to the mortgage company, this guy Adam Morgan is giving me a hard time that I need a statement from mortgage company to say it was okay. Really? I provided 15 months of mortgage statements showing there were no late payments.
Why don't you refund my money so I can go else where. I wished I had read these reviews before going to this company. Don't use them!!!!
