I have been using this electric cooperative for a while and I'm quite satisfied with their services. The electricity supply is reliable and there are no frequent outages. The rates are reasonable and the billing process is smooth. The only area of improvement would be the customer service. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response and the representatives could be more helpful. Other than that, I have no complaints.
