I had an average experience with Kingston Life and Health. Overall, the company offered decent services, but there were definitely areas for improvement. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the information to be a bit lacking. It would have been helpful to have more detailed explanations of the different health insurance plans. Additionally, the customer service representatives were polite, but not particularly knowledgeable. They were often unable to answer my questions fully and I had to do additional research on my own. However, I appreciated that they were always available and responded promptly to my inquiries. In terms of pricing, I found Kingston Life and Health to be competitive with other insurance providers. I was able to find a plan that suited my needs and didn't break the bank. Overall, an average experience, but with room for improvement.
