I had a recent experience with U.s. coupling & accessories, inc and I must say it was average. Their website, uscouplings.com, seemed user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took quite a bit of time to get a response to my inquiry and when I did, the representative wasn't very helpful. Overall, my experience was just okay, nothing impressive.
