I recently hired Exhilarate events for an important event, and I must say, they did a satisfactory job. The team was responsive and handled most of the planning efficiently. However, there were a few minor hiccups during the event, which could have been better managed. Overall, it was an average experience. I appreciate their efforts, but there is room for improvement.
