I have been a loyal customer of FREAK for several years now, and I must say that their products and services are of average quality. While they have a decent range of products, the price could be somewhat competitive. The customer service could use some improvement, as there have been instances where my queries took longer than expected to resolve. Overall, I would rate FREAK as an average company.
