As a student, I've tried several PDF annotation apps, but Flexcil is by far the best one. The interface is intuitive, the features are well-thought-out, and the performance is impressive. The ability to import PDFs, annotate them, and export the annotated version is seamless. Flexcil has become an essential tool for my studies!
