I had an average experience with the Greater Pittsburgh Literacy Council. While the instructors were knowledgeable and helpful, I felt that the classes lacked structure and engagement. The materials could have been better organized, and the pace of the lessons was sometimes too fast for me. However, I did see some improvement in my literacy skills, so I appreciate their efforts.
