Horrible! Stay away from them!!!! We booked an afternoon tea through groupon and after rescheduling our date to another date we went there and they kept asking us for the groupon code. We couldn t find the code, neither in the app nor in any email. They basically had redeemed the code on our original date but when we arrived there on our postponed date they refused to serve us the food. They just referred us to call groupon. We were embarassed in front of everybody! It was a shambles. If you want to be treated with respect, avoid this hotel!!!
