I have been a customer of Pangalore co., ltd for a while now and I have to say they are average at best. The website is decent but lacks some important features. The customer support is also average and could be more responsive. Overall, my experience with Pangalore co., ltd has been satisfactory but not exceptional. I hope to see improvements in the future.
