Dave came to my home on time, very pleasant , profession, and welcoming. He was placing the shoe covers but I told him there was no need because my previous tenants didn't clean the carpet. I love the company respects your house because previous companies that came into my home did not bother to wear the show covers. Dave checked my A.C. unit , completed maintenance, and informed me about their warranty policy 194.00 and I got a waiver for the initial visit! Can you say wowwwww! I will ask for Dave the next time he comes to do an updated check! Dave needs a free vacation to Hawaii through his company . His professionalism exceeded my expectations and anyone who wants immaculate service, ask for Dave when you call the office! Thanks Russell's!

Dave came back today June 20, 2017 to complete my follow up. I was excited he was coming back necasue Dave is awesome! Dave checked my heating and cooling system . Dave informed me I needed an A.C. pan to prevent leakage because the builders did not complete the job very well . Dave's expertise is valuable to me as a consumer and I appreciate his guidance. Dave provided me with the estimate and I will make sure I ask for Dave when I call the office to schedule the appointment. Once again Dave was on time, pleasant, and professional! Thanks Dave, you are my favorite!
