I had a mixed experience with Neutral networks. While their customer service was prompt and helpful, the quality of their products left much to be desired. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the product I purchased did not meet my expectations. I had to return it and the process was frustrating. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
