I had a very average experience with Viarentals. The website was easy to navigate, but the booking process was a bit slow. The property I rented was clean and had all the necessary amenities. However, the customer service was not great. I had some issues during my stay and it took quite a while for them to resolve it. Overall, it was an okay experience.
