Jay Salisbury Review of Lili's Bistro

A return to one of my wife's favorite Ft. Worth restaurants did not disappoint. The Jalapeno Brie shareable was a great start with soft pita type toast points and toasted pecans. Sipping our bottle of Chardonnay and chatting with live piano music in the background was a great way to chill. We were so happy that our server, Keith, was attentive, but did not rush us to order and provided spot on recommendations when asked. We each had a wedge salad - mine was the house with Gorgonzola and my wife's was the Greek - and they were tasty and crisp. Main course was Tenderloin Medallions with add on Asian Crab Cakes, which were a nice, light change of pace compared to the traditional style. Lili's atmosphere is hard to beat. If you are looking for a weekday chill or a weekend celebration, this is the place. Make reservations because Lili's has limited space. Only beer and wine for adult bevs, but a great selection of each. Put Lili's in your rotation, you'll be glad you did.
