I recently sought out a debt collection agency to help with my outstanding payments and had a decent experience. While I am glad that Krk Inkasso GmbH managed to recover the money owed to me, I was not completely satisfied with the overall communication and service delivery. There is room for improvement, but they did get the job done eventually.
