No communication between staff or between staff and patients family.
Disorganised way of running things.
Terrible parking (expensive too!)
Doctors were rude on the phone to family of patient.
"We will ring you back to keep you updated" actually means "We wont ring you back at all".
Never actually found out what was wrong with patient.

Would not be happy to send anyone here for care.
