I've been a customer of Ictiovet for several years...

I've been a customer of Ictiovet for several years now, and I have to say that their service is average. They do fulfill their promises, but I feel like there is room for improvement. The website design is a bit outdated, and the navigation can be confusing at times. However, their customer support is always responsive and helpful.
