I have used Launchsnap and I think it is an average company overall. The website is easy to navigate and I had no issues signing up. However, I found the product to be lacking in some areas. It didn't have all the features I was looking for and I experienced a few bugs. The customer support was okay, but not exceptional. Overall, I have had a satisfactory experience with Launchsnap.
