I had a mixed experience with Smallaa. The website, smallaa.com, was easy to use, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. There were times when I had to wait for a long time to get a response, and the solutions provided were not always satisfactory. Despite these issues, the product quality was good. Overall, I would rate Smallaa as average.
