I recently traveled and used Trendset Traveler for my trip. I must say, I was not impressed. The website was fine, but the customer service was lacking. Whenever I had a question, it took multiple attempts to get a response, and even then, the answer wasn't very helpful. The trip itself was okay, but nothing extraordinary. I expected better from a company like Trendset Traveler.
