If there was a option to give no stars I would. From the experience I have had with this letting agency, I deem them to be the worst I have ever dealt with.
The whole agency is run is a very unprofessional manner. From the start of my tendency right through to the end, the agency is difficult with communication from emails to calls. The two managers are extremely hard to get a hold of. Constant on going issues that were never resolved due to poor communication. As a student this was a nightmare on top of the stress you already have. I wouldn't advise to go through them from my PERSONAL experience
