Irresponsible and incapable management.
No properly managed hotel would have constant disturbance from midnight onwards with civil work disturbance for an "event" disturbing occupants in the wee hours of the morning . Despite several complaints to the manager they were totally useless in responding to repeated requests to stop the non stop hammering and banging going on with civil work through 3AM!!
