Metro Wide Movers provided an average moving experience for our recent relocation. The movers were efficient and careful with our belongings, but there were a few minor issues along the way. One of the movers accidentally scratched the wall in our new home while carrying a heavy piece of furniture. Although they were apologetic and offered to fix it, it was still an inconvenience for us. Additionally, the communication with their customer service could have been better. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
