I recently had the opportunity to participate in a lacrosse training session with Alpine Eagles Lax and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The coaches were extremely knowledgeable and provided great guidance throughout the entire session. The drills were well-structured and really helped me improve my skills. I can confidently say that Alpine Eagles Lax is one of the best lacrosse training programs out there.
