The experience with Maderight was average. The quality of their products is decent, but I found their customer service to be lacking. The website was easy to navigate and placing an order was a smooth process. However, when I had an issue with the sizing of an item, it was a hassle to get a response from their support team. Overall, it was an okay experience.
