I found the services provided by Institute for Public Service to be quite average. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I felt that the overall quality of their work could have been better. There were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory resolution. However, they did meet deadlines and deliver the services as promised.
