🌻I joined Bikram's Yoga College Of India, Northwest Tucson, LLC a few weeks ago and it has been an okay experience so far. The instructors are knowledgeable and the studio is well-equipped. However, I find the class sizes to be quite large, which can make it difficult to receive individualized attention. Additionally, the temperature in the room can be overwhelming, making it challenging to stay focused during the practice. Overall, I think it's worth a try if you're interested in Bikram yoga, but it may not be the best fit for everyone.🌻
