I can agree with other negative reviews, very cold/poor customer service, I too would like to support local business but not this store anymore. I have been a 10+ yr customer spent tons of money here. Very quick to wash hands of my situation and refund me. I have read the other reviews and they line right up with my experience lol. So do your do diligence. To sum it up
