Took my daughter to ER RAZ. The nurses at front desk are incompetent have zero compassion even for kids. All they care about is gossiping among each other. WORST HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE EVER. Nurses need to take a lesson or two on customer service, empathy and care. They drain people who are already sick. Shame on you.
