I had a satisfactory experience with apex PROaupair. The live-in child care service met my expectations, although there were a few minor hiccups along the way. The agency was responsive to my concerns and took appropriate action to address them. The au pair assigned to our family was dedicated and responsible. Overall, I would rate apex PROaupair as average.
