I recently had the opportunity to work with the creative team at Austin Creative Department, and my experience was average. The website is easy to navigate and showcases their previous projects effectively. However, I found their communication to be lacking at times. It often took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, which resulted in delays in the project timeline. Although the team was knowledgeable and had great ideas, I felt that there was room for improvement in their execution. On a positive note, they did deliver a satisfactory end product that met my requirements. While there is definitely potential for Austin Creative Department to excel, I would recommend that they work on improving their responsiveness and project management skills in order to provide a smoother customer experience.
