I was not impressed with Emerald Retirement Reside...

I was not impressed with Emerald Retirement Residence in Niagara Falls. The staff was unhelpful and often seemed disinterested. The rooms were small and outdated. The food was mediocre at best. I wouldn't recommend this place.
