I had an average experience with Michael Graves Architecture & Design. The company website, michaelgraves.com, provided me with the necessary information about their services, but I found the communication to be lacking. The overall quality of their designs was satisfactory, but I expected more attention to detail. Although not exceptional, I believe the company has the potential to improve and provide better customer experiences.
