It s just form, after form, after form AFTER you ve called to cancel. Then you have to dispute the over $200 in charges (which is yet another form), then you get an email saying they are giving you a partial refund and that Your case has been reviewed in detail and all decisions are final. No further consideration will be given to this claim. Not happy!
