I recently made a purchase from their website and I must say, the product quality and selection were impressive. However, I did have a bit of a hard time navigating the website - it felt a bit outdated and could use some improvement. The shipping was on time but the packaging could have been better. The customer service was average; they were polite but could have been more helpful. Overall, a decent experience, but there's definitely room for improvement. I hope the website gets a refresh soon! 😊
