I recently had the opportunity to engage with this renewable energy company. I was drawn to their commitment to sustainability and renewable energy practices. However, I found the communication to be lacking in clarity and consistency. The website was somewhat difficult to navigate and didn't provide as much information as I had hoped for. I also encountered challenges when trying to reach their customer service team.
