I had an overall average experience with Tinas Embroidery. The quality of their work was decent, but the customer service could have been better. The staff was friendly, but not very responsive to my inquiries. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to place my order without any issues. However, the delivery took longer than expected. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
