I recently ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses online from optart.com. The selection was good, and the prices were fair. However, I was disappointed with the shipping time and the lack of communication regarding the status of my order. The sunglasses themselves are decent quality, but I expected a better overall experience. I hope Opt Art can improve their customer service and delivery speed in the future.
