Fatal attention to the public, except for one lady who is sitting at the first table, entering to the left, who very kindly made me confirm the signature, but the man who is sitting behind her very rudely questioned that I would have called and they would have told me that they opened at 9 for the signature and pretended that I would wait an hour or return.
